QR code slideshow

A QR code slideshow where the QR code actually does the work.

The QR code should not point to a maze. In Folded, it points guests to the event upload page, and those uploads can feed the gallery and slideshow.

Scan. Upload. Done.

One QR code opens the no-app wedding photo upload app for every guest.

What Folded actually does

The QR code, upload page, gallery, and slideshow are one chain.

That chain matters. If one step adds friction, guests wait until later. Later usually means never.

One event link works for signs, table cards, texts, and wedding websites.
Guests choose photos or videos directly from their device.
The slideshow uses event uploads instead of a separate display tool.
The couple can download the gallery after the wedding.

The part couples feel

Most QR code copy is too clever.

A wedding sign does not need personality. It needs to be understood by someone walking past it with a drink.

Use 'Scan to add your photos' as the main line.
Add the couple's names so guests trust the page.
Mention 'no app' because that removes the biggest objection.
Keep the same QR code active after the wedding for late uploads.

FAQ

Clear answers before the big day.

Does Folded support a qr code slideshow?

Yes, on plans that include live slideshow. In the product, the slideshow uses public gallery uploads, can include photos and videos, and can be set to shuffle with a 2 to 20 second interval.

What do guests have to do?

They scan the wedding QR code, open the upload page, choose photos or videos from their phone, and upload. There is no guest account.

What happens after the wedding?

The gallery stays available based on the plan. Folded's current plans keep uploads open for 15, 45, or 180 days after the event and include ZIP download.
